We do not charge a fee for any of our services. Open Door is dedicated to ensuring that quality of furniture is accessible to all people, regardless of ability to pay.
No, we do not require any additional paperwork or identification. However, if you did not provide a referral source, you can self refer by showcasing documentation of government assistance.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have the ability to deliver furniture. You will need to bring a truck, van, or car to your appointment to transport your furniture home. Please plan ahead and make arrangements before your appointment.
Our furniture warehouse operates by appointment ONLY. Without an initial client appointment, we cannot reserve items for pick up at a later date. You may select furniture at your initial appointment with a one week timeframe to pick up these items.
If you do not have the proper vehicle to transport furniture home within one weekt, we will not be able to hold the selected furniture beyond that time period.
You can arrange another appointment to come back and select new items, but we cannot guarantee that requested items or previously selected pieces will be available for your appointment.
