What to Expect:

• Appointment Required: All visits are scheduled in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.

• Transportation: You are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle and any help needed to load your furniture. We cannot always guarantee that our volunteers are able to assist on-site and we are not a moving service.

• A Welcoming Experience: Our friendly volunteers will guide you through our warehouse to help you select the items that best fit your home and needs.
